We can highlight the following services and benefits that the adhesion to VEGAP provides:

• Activity of continuous and specialized licentiousness, according to the different kinds of rights and necessities of the user.
• Collaboration agreements with different sectors of users, always paying attention to the agreement reached relating to the general tariffs.
• Follow-up and control of the use of works carried out by others.
• VEGAP also gives to its members extensive information on the work that has been used, including the nature of the publication or product (catalogue, book, CD, DVD, Internet…), the means used for the publication of the work and the applied tariff.
• Annual collection of the economic rights that VEGAP manages, according to their general tariffs, and according to the rights’ cession formalized on the adhesion contract.
• It also has a service for legal advice and licenses to protect and defend economic rights. In addition, there is an information and assistance service that aims at helping the members of the Entity, in the search for extralegal solutions in the different conflicts that can rise due to their professional exercise as visual creators.
• Tax advisory service: resolution of questions of a fiscal nature. 

VEGAP created the Art and Rights Foundation (www.arteyderecho.org) in 1997 for the development of assistance and promotional services in benefit of its members and, sometimes, of visual creators in general. Amongst them we can underline the divulgation activities for authors’ rights, their documentation centre specialising in art and intellectual properties, “proposal” calls to provide direct assistance to visual creators… For the members of VEGAP, the Care and Cultural Fund offers three kinds of free and volunteer insurances: a dental insurance, a collective multirisk insurance that covers the tools used in workshops by the author members, and the public liability for all the entitled members.
